    Elysir Showerhead Installation Manual

    What’s Included:

    • 1 x Showerhead (with 1 built-in filter)
    • 1 x Hose
    • 1 x Connector

    Tools Required:

    • Adjustable wrench (optional)
    • Plumber’s tape (included)

    Installation Steps:

    1.       Turn Off Water Supply: 

      • Ensure the water supply to your shower is turned off before beginning the installation.

    1.       Remove Old Showerhead:

    o   If there is an existing showerhead, unscrew it by hand or with an adjustable wrench. Be cautious of any residual water.

    2.       Clean the Shower Arm:

    o   Clean the threaded end of the shower arm to remove any old plumber’s tape or debris.

    3.       Apply Plumber’s Tape:

    o   Wrap the threaded end of the shower arm with plumber’s tape (included) to ensure a tight seal and prevent leaks.

    4.       Attach the Connector:

    o   Screw the connector onto the threaded end of the shower arm. Hand-tighten it until it is snug. Avoid over-tightening.

    5.       Attach the Hose:

    o   Connect one end of the hose to the connector you just installed. Ensure it is securely tightened by hand.

    6.       Attach the Showerhead:

    o   Connect the other end of the hose to the showerhead. Hand-tighten it until it is secure.

    7.       Turn On Water Supply:

    o   Slowly turn on the water supply and check for any leaks around the connections. If you notice any leaks, ensure all connections are tightened properly.

    8.       Adjust Showerhead Position:

    o   Adjust the showerhead to your preferred position, if applicable.

    9.       Test the Showerhead:

    o   Turn on the shower to ensure it operates correctly and that there are no leaks.

    Troubleshooting:

    • Leaking at Connections:
      • Check all connections and ensure they are hand-tightened. Reapply plumber’s tape if necessary.
    • Low Water Pressure:
      • Ensure the hose and showerhead are not blocked and are properly connected.

    Safety Tips:

    • Avoid over-tightening connections as this may cause damage.
    • Ensure the water supply is completely turned off before starting the installation.
