30-Day Return Request Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review the guidelines below to understand how our return and refund process works.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Once approved, the item must be shipped within 14 days of our confirmation email
⚠️ Returns shipped beyond the 14-day period may be rejected by our warehouse and cannot be refunded.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or neglect
- Products missing essential parts or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
- Items with removed or tampered serial numbers, barcodes, or security labels
Bundle & Multi-Item Purchases
Our bundle deals (e.g., “Buy 2, Save” offers) are priced as a set. If only part of the bundle is returned, the retained item(s) will be charged at full price.
Example:
- You buy 2 items for $85 (bundle deal)
- You return 1 item
- The item you keep is charged at $49.99 (standard price)
- Your refund will be: $85 – $49.99 = $35.01
To receive a full refund for a bundle, all items must be returned together in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

Email us at shopelysir@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
– Your order number
– Reason for return
– Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
- Wait for Approval
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Ship Your Return
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval using a trackable shipping method that includes customs clearance.
🛑 Packages that require recipient-side customs clearance may be rejected by our warehouse.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected
- Funds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault
- If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
- Bundle refunds will follow the bundle policy outlined above
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us with clear photos or video within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost — and in most cases, no return is required.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to switch your item, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
